Farm Worker

An agricultural employer is seeking workers to support crop production, harvesting, packing and general farm maintenance. Some roles are seasonal and may involve early starts or outdoor work.

What you'll do

Plant, weed, water and harvest crops. Sort, grade and pack agricultural produce. Clean work areas and maintain basic tools. Follow instructions on safe equipment use and food handling. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What you'll need

Physical fitness and willingness to undertake repetitive tasks. Reliability and ability to follow safety procedures. Previous farm experience is useful but may not be essential. Transport and accommodation arrangements should be confirmed before accepting a role. Valid permission to work in Germany.
